This page explains the tracking technologies our store uses, what they collect, and how long the data is kept.

What we use

Alongside the cookies Shopify needs to run the store (cart, checkout, security), our store uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API through Shopify's Facebook & Instagram sales channel. When you browse or buy, Meta may receive information such as the pages you viewed, products added to your cart, purchases, and standard device information (for example your IP address and browser type). Where matching applies, some contact details may be shared in hashed form. Meta may associate this information with your Meta account.

How long the data is kept

Meta retains data collected through its business tools for up to two years (24 months) — Meta's maximum retention period for this data. Shorter windows apply to specific uses: ad-attribution measurement uses windows of up to 28 days, and custom-audience membership derived from website activity lasts up to 180 days. Your choices

You can decline marketing cookies in the cookie banner shown on your first visit (choose “Essentials only”) — this blocks marketing pixels, including the Meta Pixel, for your browser. You can also use the opt-out form on Your Privacy Choices (we honor the Global Privacy Control signal), or manage how Meta uses data about you in your Meta Ad preferences.
