Personalized and custom items are final sale.
Anything made with your name, date, wording, photo or artwork, or cut to your measurements, is produced just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any design ordered with text in the personalization box, custom backdrops, pet cutouts and Custom Print & Cut orders. Please double-check spelling and sizes before you order — if we make a mistake, or the item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
