Twinkle Order Prep Privacy
This policy describes the private Twinkle Order Prep production tool operated by DIY Party Props. It supplements our store privacy policy.
Information and purpose
The tool processes order identifiers, purchased product options, customer personalization, artwork, file metadata, and production status to prepare and track purchased party designs. Google Drive access is used to read source artwork and production records, reuse approved files, and create order output and status files.
Google account authorization
Authorized operators connect their Google account. The requested Drive permission permits reading, creating, editing, and deleting files throughout that account. The configured workflow uses designated artwork and production folders and is instructed not to delete files. A renewable authorization credential is stored on the production computer with restricted filesystem access. You can revoke access through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not remove files already created.
Processing and sharing
Artwork and production records are stored in Google Drive and on the production computer. Production notifications and file links are sent to the designated Telegram designer group, which may include external production collaborators. When approved image-processing services are enabled, artwork needed for those operations is sent to the configured provider. Google user data is used for this production workflow, not sold or used for advertising.
Retention and requests
The tool does not automatically delete production files or its operational records. These remain in the business storage until managed by the operator. To request access, correction, or removal of information associated with your order, contact info@diypartyprops.com. Revoking Google access and requesting removal of retained files are separate actions.
Google API data use
Twinkle Order Prep’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
